Shipping and delivery policy

1. Vennco's service is delivered online

Vennco's matching service is delivered in your Vennco dashboard and by email: brief review, the qualification call, matches, messages and sample tracking. During early access this service is free.

2. Product samples

• Samples are made and packed by the manufacturer, and shipped by courier within India.
• Vennco books the courier to the founder's address with Vennco shown as the sender. The manufacturer does not see the founder's address on the platform.
• The courier name and tracking number appear in your dashboard as soon as the sample is dispatched. Delivery times depend on the product, the manufacturer and the courier.
• If a sample arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us in your dashboard or by email and we'll follow it up.
