Refund and cancellation policy

1. Vennco is free during early access

During early access, Vennco does not charge founders or manufacturers for anything: briefs, matches, messaging, samples and verified listings are all free. As nothing is paid to Vennco, there is nothing to refund.

2. Cancelling

• Founders: you can cancel a brief while it is a draft from your dashboard, or ask us to close a submitted brief at any time by writing to us.
• Manufacturers: you can decline any brief offer, and ask us to pause or close your listing at any time.
• Samples: please tell us as soon as possible if you no longer want a sample, so we can stop the courier booking.

3. If we introduce fees later

If Vennco introduces paid features, we will publish the prices on our pricing page and update this policy with the refund rules at least 30 days before any fee applies. Nothing you have already started will be charged.
